Collecting and processing personal data
Personal data is considered to be identifying information (such as name, address, e-mail or address, etc.). Passer d.o.o. does not collect your personal information unless you explicitly make it available to us (eg when filling in a form contact, subscription to a newsletter or for any other reason), thereby consenting or granting us the privilege to use them for the purposes listed below.
Use and disclosure e.g. the transfer of personal data
Passer d.o.o. will use your personal information for the purposes of technical web site management, analysis of preferences and delivery of general and individualized offers via e-mail and / or newsletter, in order to allow you access to specific information and communication from us. We inform you that it is possible for us to make your personal information available to our business partners and clients, all with a view to fulfilling the purpose for which the personal information listed is collected. Also, Passer d.o.o. advises all parents and guardians to teach children how to safely and responsibly deal with personal information on the Internet. The services we provide are not intended for people under the age of 16 and we cannot know if the data we collect is related to people under the age of 16.
These tools can collect and store technical information such as cookies, user and / or visitor IP addresses, mobile device identifiers, browser data, and the like, but do not identify the person.

The legal basis for receiving a newsletter requires your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1 of the General Data Protection Act). If you don’t subscribe, you will not be sent a newsletter.
In the case that your newsletter is delivered through our business partner, like the Digital Marketing Agency, they are considered to be the processing agent in this case. We inform you that our business partner also protects the security of your data with the appropriate and state-of-the-art technical and organizational measures. Our business partner may not use the provided personal information for purposes other than those for which they are intended.
Passer d.o.o. go to great lengths to ensure the security of personal data and make sure we’re in compliance with applicable data protection regulations (such as the General Data Protection Act, the Data Protection Act, etc.). Please note that your data is conscientiously protected against loss, destruction, manipulation, unauthorized access, and unauthorized publishing. Also, Passer d.o.o. uses state-of-the-art technical and organizational safeguards to ensure the security of your personal information.
Length of Storage
We store your data for the duration of 3 (three) years, counting from the expiration of the contractual relationship, except for the data for which the applicable regulations prescribe a longer storage period. Your data is used for the purposes of direct marketing on the basis of legitimate interest until its expiration of 3 (three) years, counting from the expiration of the contractual relationship, and the data of the user 3 (three) years after the collection of the same except for those data for which the applicable regulations prescribe longer storage time. If there is an admission for processing for promotional purposes that extends to the following period after the prescribed deadline, your data will be stored until such time as consent is withdrawn.

In addition to the right to withdraw consent, users, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, have the right to access and certify from Passer d.o.o. in respect of personal data, the right to a correction, the right to be deleted (“the right to be forgotten”), the right to limitation of processing, the right to transference of data and the right to complain. Users also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body for data protection.
In the case that you have decided not to share your information, please acknowledge that you may not be able to access some of our web pages.
